Terms of service

These terms apply when you use XTap Go, a service operated by Printed Gift House LTD through the XTap Connect brand. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

The service

XTap Go provides editable destination links, QR artwork, account tools and, on eligible plans, scan analytics. You are responsible for checking every destination and testing QR artwork before a large print run.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and only link to content you are entitled to use. You must not use the service for fraud, malware, unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to disrupt or overload the platform.

Plans and scan allowances

The Free plan currently includes 10 successful scans per calendar month. Paid allowances and features are shown on the pricing page. Administrators may grant custom allowances for printed-product customers. Limits reset monthly and may be protected by fair-use and abuse controls.

Payments

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout. Any taxes that apply will be handled as shown at checkout. Failed or overdue payments may restrict paid features.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may make security, legal or operational changes, and will avoid materially reducing paid service without reasonable notice where practical.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by your destination content, or print costs arising from artwork not tested before production. Our total liability relating to paid digital service is limited to fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.

Ending service

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the platform. Details are in our cancellation policy.
