Printed Gift House LTD, trading through the XTap Connect brand, controls the personal information used to provide XTap Go.
Information we use
- Account details such as name, company, email and mobile number.
- QR names, destination links, plan and payment status.
- Approximate scan region, time, device category, browser family and referring host. We do not request precise GPS location.
- Security and service logs needed to prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account, route QR scans, enforce plan allowances, process subscriptions, support customers, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Our main UK GDPR bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent where required.
Suppliers and transfers
We use Supabase for database and account services, Stripe for payments, and website infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery. They process information under their own safeguards and contractual terms. Some processing may occur outside the UK with recognised transfer safeguards.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Scan analytics are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide reporting and protect the platform.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. Contact info@printingx.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and cookies
We use access controls, encrypted connections and account isolation. Essential browser storage is used for secure sign-in. We do not currently use advertising cookies on XTap Go.
